Welcome to my private psychiatry practice, where I provide personalized and comprehensive psychiatric care to help you achieve optimal mental health. Our initial consultation lasts for 2 hours, giving us the opportunity to understand your situation and determine the best course of action.

I specialize in the diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, personality disorders, and more. Whether you're facing workplace difficulties or interpersonal relationship issues, I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and heal.

In addition to conventional psychiatric treatments, I also offer wellness consultations to help you integrate holistic practices into your mental health routine. I have expertise in yoga, meditation, diet, self-monitoring devices, exercise, and various alternative therapies such as massage and sauna.

I am well-versed in psychedelic medicine, including ketamine, psilocybin, LSD, MDMA, and other promising substances being studied for their potential to reduce pain and increase well-being. I am also trained in cutting-edge techniques such as electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation, and can provide guidance on other forms of brain stimulation.

Book an appointment with me today and take the first step towards a better, more fulfilling life.

HOW

My treatment approach is, first and foremost, listening to you and finding the language you use to describe your problem or areas you would like to explore further. From there, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and devise a treatment plan including pursuing additional testing and determine the best treatment option including psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and several other treatment modalities that are now available.

My approach to wellness is focused on facilitating the discovery of what works best for you and always keeping in mind the essentials which include food, water, sleep, exercise/moving the body, time in nature, healthy social outlets, healthy relationship to technology, and learning how to quiet the mind at least for brief periods.
